The following sections will help you to troubleshoot your dive gear. If you experience any issues with your gear, we encourage you to contact our Services department for any question you may have. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, negligence, accidental damage, commercial use, or abuse are not covered by the warranty.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

We do not require any authorizations for warranty repair; however, we do require the following documentation. Before sending any equipment back for a warranty claim, please be sure to print and complete the Repair Form which you can download below and a copy of your purchase receipt of the product. If you have any questions, please contact our technical Service department before sending your product.

WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT SERVICING MY GEAR?

Fins & Flash or nearest dealer can assist you with your questions, no matter where your equipment was purchased. If you are unsure as to who is your dealer, contact our technical service department and we will be glad to assist you.

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY EQUIPMENT IF I NEED TO SHIP IT?

We recommend packaging your equipment, with proper protective wrap, in a sturdy box, leaving room all around for a packing material, such as bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts.

Please Note: A Product Return Form must be completed and sent with any repair or warranty work returned to Fins & Flash. If you have any questions, please contact our technical service department before sending your product.
